Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026 · Belna, Stockholm, Sweden

1. The service

Belna provides personal AI agents (“Arche 1.0”) — chat, research, builds, canvas artifacts, memory and a sealed vault — delivered as a web app. Your agent is claimed by you, named by you, and scoped to your signed-in account.

2. Accounts

You need a real account — email + password, email one-time code, or Google sign-in through our own OAuth bridge (the browser only ever sees belna.se and Google). You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. One agent claim per person; you may rename and restyle your agent anytime.

3. Plans, credits and gifts

Usage is metered from real model costs. When credit runs out the API returns 402 with an upgrade prompt. Gift codes add real credit when redeemed under Billing. Upgrade requests are recorded inside the app; no charge is made until payments connect, and you stay on Free with your current credit until then.

4. Acceptable use

No illegal activity, no abuse of others, no attempts to extract other users' secrets, no circumventing approvals, rate limits or the sandboxed harness. We may suspend accounts that attack the service.

5. Your content and secrets

You own your prompts, files and memories. Secrets you save are encrypted at rest and masked everywhere — the agent only receives references (e.g. sec_••••). Reveal, revoke or delete them anytime under Vault.

6. AI honesty

Agents can make mistakes. Research briefings cite live sources — check important facts. Belna does not pretend to browse, run code or read email unless the visible trace shows it.

7. Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by Swedish/EU consumer law. Nothing here limits rights you hold as a consumer in Sweden.
