Short answers about Belna. For anything about your own account, ask Support in the corner: it can check your account and brings in a person on our team when needed.
Plans and billing
How tokens and monthly resets work
Usage is measured in tokens. Each plan has monthly tokens that reset at the start of every billing period, and token packs never expire. When the month’s tokens are used up, your agent pauses until they reset or you add a pack. Settings › Usage shows what’s left and when it resets.
See Pricing for what each plan includes.
Cancel or change your plan
Upgrade, switch or cancel in Settings › Billing, or ask Support and confirm on the card it shows. Cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the period, and you can undo it until then.
The iPhone, iPad and Mac app doesn’t sell plans. A plan you bought on belna.se works in the app too.
Receipts, refunds and charges
Receipts and invoices are on Stripe’s billing page, which you open from Settings › Billing or by asking Support.
Refunds are assessed under applicable law (see the Terms of Service). For a refund, a double charge or a charge you don’t recognise, ask Support: it checks your account and writes the message to a person on our team for you.
If you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase, send a dated notice on the withdrawal page.
Signing in
My sign-in code never arrives
Check your spam or junk folder and the spelling of the address, wait a minute, then tap “Send a new code” once. After many tries Belna asks you to wait a few minutes. A code works once and only for a short time.
Still nothing? Ask Support, and a person on our team will help you get back in.
Forgot your password
There is no password reset form. On the Log in tab, choose “Email me a one-time code instead” and sign in with the code we email you.
One account on web, iPhone, iPad and Mac
Belna uses one account everywhere. Sign in the way you signed up: email and password, a one-time code by email, Google, or Sign in with Apple in the app. If the app shows nothing from the web (or the reverse), check that you used the same sign-in method and email.
Your agent
When your agent stops or gets stuck
Your agent pauses when the month’s tokens are used up, until they reset or you add a token pack.
Tasks run in the background and can take a few minutes; you can keep chatting, and steer or stop a task from its chat. A task waiting for your approval does nothing until you answer its card.
If it still seems stuck, ask Support: it can see how your recent tasks ended.
Approvals and what needs your OK
Settings › Browser has two modes for websites and for connected apps: “Ask for some” (the default) and “Always ask”. With “Ask for some”, reading and browsing run without asking.
Anything that buys, pays, books, sends, posts or deletes always waits for your approval on a card that shows the exact action.
Automations and reminders
Your agent can run work on a schedule or when a connected app reports something. Results arrive in the automation’s own chat, and in the iPhone and iPad app as a notification. Pause, run or delete them in the Automations panel, or ask your agent.
If an automation keeps failing, ask Support: it can see its last run and pause it for you.
Your agent’s built-in upkeep (such as memory upkeep and nightly reflection) pauses when you haven’t used Belna for three days, and starts again the next time you open Belna. Your own automations keep running as usual.
Connected apps
Reconnect an app that stopped working
A connected app sometimes needs signing in again, for example after a password change. Open Connectors and connect it again; your agent can’t use it until you do. Support can see which of your apps need it.
Apple Calendar, Reminders, Contacts and Health
In the app, open Apple apps with the Apple button or from Connectors and choose Calendar, Reminders, Contacts or read-only Health summaries. Device permission and permission to share with AI are separate choices.
Keep the app open when your agent needs your device. Mac reads what is stored on that Mac. Notes, Mail and Messages can’t be connected in this version.
Zoom: connect, use and remove
Connect: open Connectors in Belna, choose Zoom and select Connect. Sign in to Zoom and allow access. Belna can then read your Zoom profile and meetings, and create, change and delete meetings.
Use: ask in chat, for example “What Zoom meetings do I have this week?” or “Schedule a Zoom call with Anna tomorrow at 10”. Before Belna creates, changes or deletes a meeting it shows a card with the exact change, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Remove: open Connectors, choose Zoom and select Disconnect. Belna then deletes its stored Zoom access. You can also remove Belna in Zoom: Zoom App Marketplace › Manage › Added Apps › Remove. Meetings already in Zoom stay there.
Canva: connect, use and remove
Connect: open Connectors in Belna, choose Canva and select Connect. Sign in to Canva and allow access. Belna can then read your Canva profile, designs, assets and folders, and create designs, upload images and organise folders.
Use: ask in chat, for example “Make an Instagram post in Canva about our autumn sale” or “Put the logo in the Canva folder Campaigns”. Before Belna creates or changes anything in Canva it shows a card with the change, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Remove: open Connectors, choose Canva and select Disconnect. Belna then deletes its stored Canva access. You can also remove Belna in Canva under Settings › Integrations. Designs in Canva stay there.
Slack: connect, use and remove
Connect: open Connectors in Belna, choose Slack and select Connect. Sign in to your Slack workspace and allow access. Belna can then read the channels, private channels and direct messages you are in, search messages, see who is in the workspace, read or upload files, and send messages as you.
Use: ask in chat, for example “What happened in #marketing today?” or “Tell Anna on Slack the meeting moves to 2 pm”. Before Belna sends a message or uploads a file it shows a card with exactly what goes where, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Remove: open Connectors, choose Slack and select Disconnect. Belna then deletes its stored Slack access. You can also remove Belna in Slack under Apps › Manage › Belna › Remove. Messages already sent stay in Slack.
Shopify: connect, use and remove
Connect: open Connectors in Belna, choose Shopify and enter your store address (yourstore.myshopify.com). Sign in to Shopify as the store owner or staff with permission and install Belna. Belna can then read and update products, inventory and orders, and read your locations.
Use: ask in chat, for example “Which products have fewer than 5 in stock?” or “Raise the price of the blue beanie to 299 kr”. Before Belna changes anything in your store it shows a card with the exact change, and nothing happens until you approve it.
Remove: open Connectors, choose Shopify and select Disconnect, or uninstall Belna in Shopify admin under Settings › Apps and sales channels. Belna then deletes its stored access to the store. Belna does not store Shopify customer records.
Wallet and purchases
How your agent pays for purchases
Your agent fills in the order and you approve the order card in chat. You then pay from your own account: a payment app such as Klarna, Swish, Shop Pay or PayPal, or a card you already saved at that store. Turn these methods on or off in Settings › Wallet › Purchases.
Belna never asks for card numbers in chat.
Delivery addresses
Saved delivery addresses are in Settings › Wallet › Delivery addresses. Your agent can also save or change one when you ask it to.
Privacy and security
Your data and what your agent remembers
Your chats, memory, files and saved logins are private to your account. Your agent remembers lasting facts and preferences; say “forget …” to remove something. Disconnecting an app removes your agent’s access, but not what you already shared in a chat.
For a copy of your data or anything under privacy law, ask Support and it passes it to a person on our team. Read our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account
In the iPhone, iPad and Mac app: Settings → Profiles → Delete account. Elsewhere: ask Support (Settings → Help & support) or your own agent, and confirm on the card by typing DELETE. It deletes chats, memory, files, saved logins, automations and connected apps, cancels a paid plan first, and can’t be undone.
If you think someone else used your account
Ask Support right away and describe what you saw; it brings in a person on our team. Never share passwords, sign-in codes or card numbers with anyone, including us: Belna never asks for them.
No article matches that. Ask Support instead.
