Terms of Service

Effective 24 September 2026 · Updated 31 October 2026 · Belna, Stockholm, Sweden

1. Service and accounts

Belna provides an AI agent web app with chat, research, generated work, optional connections, memory, files and a vault. You need an account to use it. Keep your sign-in methods secure and tell us at support@belna.se if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. AI output and actions

AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important information and any proposed action before relying on it. Connected services have their own terms and may act on data you choose to share. Where the app asks for approval before an external action, check the details carefully. You remain responsible for the instructions and permissions you give your agent.

3. Connected services

You can connect accounts you hold with other services, such as Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Meta Ads), Microsoft (Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote and Microsoft To Do), GitHub, Dropbox, Slack, Zoom, Canva, Shopify, Shop (Shop Pay) and Stripe. By connecting one, you authorize Belna to access and act in that account on your behalf, only within the permissions you grant on the provider's screen and the approvals you give in Belna. You confirm that you are entitled to connect the account and to let Belna act in it, for example as an admin of a business account, Facebook Page, ad account or Shopify store. The provider's own terms and policies continue to apply to your use of its service, and you remain responsible for the actions you approve. You can disconnect an app in Connectors, or remove Belna in the provider's settings, at any time. Connected services are provided by third parties; Belna does not control them and is not responsible for their availability, changes or content. How Belna handles data from connected apps is described in the Privacy Policy.

Business accounts and other people's data. A connected business account, such as a Facebook Page, an Instagram or WhatsApp Business account, a Slack workspace or a Shopify store, can contain personal data about other people, such as your customers, followers or colleagues. You are responsible for having the right to let Belna process that data and for following the provider's rules for the messages, posts and ads you approve, for example the opt-in and opt-out rules for business messaging. Belna processes such data only on your instructions, to carry out your requests and automations; keeps it confidential and protected; uses only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy; helps you respond to requests from the people concerned; and deletes it as described in the Privacy Policy when you disconnect or delete your account.

Purchases. When you approve a purchase that your agent prepares, for example with Shop Pay, you buy directly from the merchant. The merchant is the seller, and its terms, return policy and privacy policy apply to the order. Payment is handled by the payment service you choose, and Belna does not receive your card details.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in content you provide. You grant Belna the rights needed to store, process and transmit that content to provide the service, including to relevant service providers and connected apps as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit content you are not entitled to use. You may remove individual items using available controls or contact us about account data.

5. Plans, tokens and payment

Current plan allowances, prices, billing periods and any token packs or promotions are shown on Pricing and at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Billing; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Token balances and any limits are shown in the app. Promotional and purchased tokens may have different terms, which are shown when offered. Payment processing is handled by Stripe when checkout is available.

6. Withdrawal, refunds and consumer rights

If you are a consumer buying at a distance, you generally have 14 days from the contract date to withdraw. Exceptions for digital content or a fully performed digital service apply only when the conditions required by law are met, including any required express request and acknowledgement. To withdraw, use the online withdrawal function or email support@belna.se with your account email and purchase details. We will assess refunds under applicable law; these terms do not make used tokens automatically non-refundable or waive statutory rights. You also retain legal rights if a digital service is faulty.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, harm to others, unauthorized access, extracting another user's data, or bypassing approval and security controls. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Contact us if you believe a restriction is a mistake.

8. Changes and availability

We may change features and these terms. Material changes will be communicated in a reasonable way before they take effect where required. Some features depend on third-party services and may be unavailable. We will provide digital-service updates required by applicable law during the applicable supply period.

9. Law and contact

Swedish law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Contact support@belna.se about these terms, a complaint or withdrawal. See also Privacy, Security and Cookies.
